Disease and Vaccine Information
Annual Notice Regarding Influenza, Meningococcal Meningitis, HPV, Cervical Cancer, Cervical

NCGS 115C-47 (51) mandates that schools provide parents/guardians with information regarding HPV, cervical cancer, cervical dysplasia, and their vaccines to prevent these diseases to children in grades five through twelve at the beginning of each school year. https://immunize.nc.gov/family/pdf/hpv_get_vaccinated_color.pdf
